Who can rent a car?

Drivers must be at least 23 years old and have held a valid Singapore driving licence, or a valid foreign licence with an International Driving Permit, for at least 2 years. Drivers under 25 may pay a higher insurance excess. All rentals are subject to approval and document checks.

What documents do I need?

Please have your NRIC (or passport and a valid pass for non-residents), your driving licence (and International Driving Permit if foreign), and proof of address dated within the last three months.

What does the monthly price include?

The monthly rate shown on each car is indicative. Your quote sets out exactly what is included for your car and rental length, such as insurance, road tax and scheduled servicing.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Our rates are monthly. Longer rentals usually bring the monthly rate down, so tell us your start and end dates when you enquire and we'll quote for that period.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected before you collect the car. The amount depends on the car and is confirmed in your quote and rental agreement.

Question 6

What happens if the car breaks down or I have an accident?

Call us straight away. We'll arrange help and, where needed, a replacement car. Your rental agreement explains the insurance excess and how claims are handled.

Who handles servicing and maintenance?

We do. Scheduled servicing is arranged by our team, and we'll contact you when your car is due.

Can someone else drive the car?

Additional drivers must be named on the rental agreement and meet the same requirements, including being at least 23 years old.
