How Sinfonia Pte. Ltd. collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the car you're interested in, your preferred start and end dates, and anything you write in your message. If you rent a car, we also collect the documents listed in our rental requirements.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To check eligibility and prepare your rental agreement
- To manage your rental, servicing and any claims
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with parties who help us provide the rental, such as insurers and workshops, and with authorities where the law requires it. Enquiries are delivered by email through our email service provider.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
